By downloading, installing, or using the Kaelo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Kaelo is a real-time voice translation application that provides live conversation interpretation services. The App uses artificial intelligence to translate spoken language between multiple supported languages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to translate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Respect the privacy and rights of others when using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Audio data processed by Kaelo is not stored on our servers. All translation processing occurs in real-time and data is immediately discarded after processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

While Kaelo strives to provide accurate translations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Translation quality may vary based on factors including audio quality, background noise, accents, and language complexity. Users should not rely solely on Kaelo for critical communications.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kaelo App, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Matthew Rowlinson and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaelo and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to miscommunications resulting from translation errors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
